New Authentication Option

We've added a new authentication option to your Scaledrone channels. The new option is half-way between the current no-authentication and full-authentication options.

The new authentication option requires users to authenticate themselves for publishing messages yet allows them to subscribe to data streams freely, without needing to authenticate. This is a perfect fit when you are using Scaledrone for one-way data streaming.

To enable the new authentication option go to your channel settings page and choose Require authentication for publishing.
